A DAY IN THE LIFE OF THE WAREHOUSE & FULFILLMENT MANAGER

The Warehouse & Fulfillment Manager is responsible for all aspects of inventory, fulfillment, and facilities management. Inventory is managed using FIFO principles, located in accordance with FTZ regulations and cycle counted continuously for accuracy. Fulfillment is executed across three channels of distribution with same-day shipping. Facilities are maintained in a perpetual state of excellence.

Essential Job Functions:

• Lead, manage and be accountable.
• Maintain inventory accuracy through disciplined inbound and outbound product protocol followed by all to support FIFO principles.
• Order fulfillment completed in an efficient and timely manner with all orders received prior to 3 pm shipped the same day.
• Daily cycle counts are scheduled to cover all products quarterly. Review daily to achieve zero discrepancy rate.
• Inventory by warehouse managed through diligent attention to replenishment needs and consistent monitoring of adjustments to MIQ.
• Inventory depth by location managed to achieve optimal square footage return.
• Product delivery to and from vendor partners is documented and well-orchestrated.
• Container arrival is planned, product receipted within FTZ guard rails and quality assurance reviews completed.
• Logistics partner relationships are strong and functional.
• Work cross-functionally with the Customer Experience team to ensure fluid information flow and alignment of processes.
• The warehouse is organized, pristine, and well-supplied.
• Variance reports utilized as tools for improvement.
• The team is cross-functionally trained and supported in continuous development.
• Adherence to safety protocols in place and reviewed regularly for improvement.
• Manage seasonal fluctuation in business, both in product volume and manpower requirements.
• Adhere to budget.
• Revise operations as needed to achieve business targets and document process updates.
• Facilities maintenance is completed on a regular schedule, with ad hoc needs to be addressed at once.
• Additional duties as required/requested.
